To create an aligned, engaged and success organisation the foundation step is to have clarity and agreement on the vision and values that drives the organisation. We work with leaders to develop agreed behaviours that support the values and can be then lived everyday across the organisation.

Culture, strategy and values are all linked but the linkage is often forgotten. We often hear from clients that culture eats strategy every day yet their reality is very different with culture inhibiting strategy. We work to with leaders to understand the culture roadblocks & causes and then design interventions to change these issues.

Organisation alignment can be thought of as the internal execution of the strategy through your culture. We use leading edge assessment tools to understand the level of strategy alignment by reviewing the transactional and transformations drivers of your strategy and its execution. The disconnect between the transformation and transactional elements are a key reason for strategy failure and culture disconnect.

Coaching enables the development of optimal leadership behaviour by uncovering and improving behavioural drivers and activating unrecognised potential. We use data assessment tools such as DISC, Driving Forces and Emotional Quotient to provide a baseline to measure change and to allow fact based discussions thus minimising emotional responses as we discuss current issues or conflicts with the coachee.

Every organisation aspires to have high performance teams across their group. The process to achieve this state is continually changing and fluid requiring a framework of deliberate actions and steps to be maintained. From Tuckman’s model of developing high performance teams to assessment tools like PCS we work with team leaders and use world class tools to create an environment that allows high performance teamwork to be sustained.

Engagement survey tools are now popular, however following up on the results and creating real change from the surveys is much harder.

We work with organsitions to take meaningful action from survey results by collating the information into common themes, cross referencing that with other organisational HR data and then engaging leaders and teams to confront key issues and work together to build solutions.
